After you click "Submit Order" an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

We are required to collect local sales tax in California where Sowell Jewelry has a physical presence. A physical presence can be a warehouse or contact center.


Postage Rate Increase
The U.S. Postal Service implement new postage rates on January 27, 2019. 
Free standard shipping on all orders $60+ to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, & APO/FPO addresses. 

Economy service on any order $4.50 (2-9 business days)
Two Day Delivery - $8 (2-3 business days)
Next Day Delivery - $29.95 (1-2 business days)

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via economy shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

If Economy Shipping is selected, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Service. Your Shipping Confirmation Email will tell you which carrier is handling your package and how you can track your package. Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 PM PST will not ship until the next business day.

Flat Rate International Shipping

Economy Shipping on any order -$15 (8-15 business days)
Priority International Shipping - $35 (6-10 business days)

Orders are generally received within 6-15 business days from the ship date. Customs inspection may delay your shipment. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. It's decided by the customs laws and regulations of your country. Delivery will be made by your local postal service.

Orders cannot be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2nd Day.
Lost Or Damaged
If your package gets lost or damaged, no worries. Each package is covered by the insurance, we're here to help you on every step to claim the loss.


Sowell Jewelry will gladly accept unworn, unaltered or defective merchandise for return or exchange, within 14 days of the purchase day. After 14 days, store credit will be issued. Customized orders are final sale. Clearance items are final sale.

Please allow 3-6 business days for your return to be received and processed. We’ll send an email when your return has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase within 5 days of the delivery date. 

Return by Mail

  • If you have a SowellJewelry account, sign in, then locate the order you wish to return. Select and click PREPAID RETURN LABEL and follow the instructions to print your label.
  • Affix the ReturnLabel to your package, and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. Schedule a complimentary USPS pickup here.
  • No postage is required. However, a $4.95 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 3-6 business days for credits to post to your original form of payment and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • This service is only available within the continental US. International orders cannot be returned using the prepaid return label.
